The Suite

Beautiful detached apartment with private entrance.
Its name "Suite" comes from our last restoration work of an ancient 17th century farmhouse.
All the original construction materials have been preserved with great rigor.
The entrance consists of a large stained glass door from the harmonious and spacious kitchen with a nice chimney on the left, climbing the 11 stairs of the stairs we find ourselves in the master bedroom with canopy bed and local wanted air-conditioned.

It has four double bedrooms, one very large with two single beds, three very large bathrooms with tub and two with shower and three independent bathrooms.The large kitchen is stocked with pots and tableware for 16 people, maxi-screen satellite television and fridge, with veranda for eating outdoors.

Villa Siena

Villa Siena is a beautiful detached house with a total refurbishment, respecting the recovery of the origins of Tuscan farmhouses.
It takes its name from the splendid panorama of the city of Siena and the suggestive hills that make this landscape one of the most beautiful in the world.
Villa Siena is a home for couples who want greater privacy, but it is also comfortable for families of 4 people.
The entrance has a large window that opens into the kitchen equipped with all the comforts of our time: microwave oven, traditional oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, etc ... all embedded in cherry wood of the highest quality.
On the same floor of the kitchen is the living room with large glazed windows which, together with the beautiful fireplace, is the cornerstone of a Tuscan arch of the '700. A bathroom with a large shower defines the floor below.
A large staircase allows access to the upper floor.Here you will find a double bedroom with king-size bed (with latex mattress to ensure a good rest) and a cherry wood cabinet with 8 doors; A large window is the frame for all the Val d'Arbia.
